No power? No problem!

Generator is on but still no power?
You may have tripped a breaker on the generator. Take a look at this video to see how to reset it! (This video is with our old generator, but it is very similar to the new one)
Generator won't start with the remote?
The battery for the generator may be drained. Take a look at this video to see how to start the generator manually.
Again, we have put a new generator in since this video was made but the process is very similar. The new generator has an automatic choke so you should not need to adjust that.
We only have power when the Generator is on. When the Generator goes off, so does the power!
This likely means that the Inverter has tripped. This doesn't happen often but occasionally can happen if you use too many appliances at the same time. We don't have a video of this procedure, but there are some pictures to help you out!
To reset the Inverter head out to the white shed out back. There is a black screen that says MAGNUM on it on the back wall at the top right. When functioning properly this should read 'Inverting' or 'Charging' on it. If it says off, then the Inverter, which supplies power from the batteries to the house is off. As long as it is reading over 12V then you have enough power to supply to the house. Try pressing the ON buttons for the Inverter and the Charger on that screen. If you now have power then you are all good! If not, then you will need to reset the Inverter
To reset the Inverter look on the bottom side of the white MAGNASINE box on the back wall. There is a very small black button. Press and hold this button for about 10 seconds. This will shut the Inverter off and reset it. Let go of the button and then press it again to turn the inverter back on. At this point you should have power and everything should be good!
No Water? No Problem!
Check out this quick video on how to access the reserve water reservoir. Make sure to unplug the Water pump in the utility room first (blue cord)!
We have boxed in the water tanks since this video was made, but it is still the same process!
If you run out of water....
Make sure to unplug the pump before opening up the reserve reservoir. Once you have opened the reserve make sure to plug the pump back in!
